Description

A sepia cabinet card photograph of a young girl in a dark coloured dress with leg of mutton sleeves and high collar pinned with a brooch. Her head and shoulders are pictured and she gazes to the left of the photographer. Her hair is pulled back with a right side part separated by a braid. Printed at the bottom of the card stock is a studio insignia, name, "Durgan" and location information, "NORWICH, CONN". An inscription on the back of the photo reads in pencil, "Ada Mitchell OCT 22 1898"
