The wide, hollow body of the earring tapers at both ends, finishing as pins for insertion into the ear. Beaded wire divides the decoration into 5 sections. Each section has the wire winding like a spiral around granulated points. The ends, near the pins, are wound with wire.  

Similar examples have been found at Ephesus.
