Mummy label, wooden. Rhomboid with trapeziform offset at top, pierced at centre of line of junction with body of label. Coniferous wood uniformly brown. Incised inscription in Greek

Side B transcription:
νεκρο

Translation
Side A: "Remains of Dioskoros (to be shipped) to Panopolis to Panechates"
