DescriptionOne of the two Guardian Gods who franks Ma Zu. Painted wood figurine.  Blue face and body; red brows, hair and lips; protruding eyes and white fangs; wearing gilded jacket held together at chest with clasp, tiger skin skirt over gilded pants, red and green scarf, gilded apron.  Body twisted towards its right, left leg bent to front, right braced to rear, right arm raised with palm over eye, left pendant with hand clasping stick. Ovoid base with red surface and black sides.
